Conservatorio Nacional de Música celebra 73º aniversario con un concierto alusivo al lejano oeste Santo Domingo, 18 de Febrero de 2015
Con la puesta en escena de un contagioso repertorio musical y el ambiente de una colorida escenografía alusiva al lejano oeste, la dirección del Conservatorio Nacional de Música celebró su 73º aniversario con la participación de la Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil Juan Pablo Duarte.
La actividad se realizó a casa llena en la Sala Juan Francisco García, bajo la dirección y libreto del maestro Dante Cucurrullo, y la participación especial de los músicos Hari Solano, Lucas Benítez y Alexander Orán.
Se trató de una obra educativa presentada al público con el objetivo de motivar y atraer a la población infantil al estudio de la música en sus diferentes manifestaciones. Con su elenco de músicos vestido de vaqueros, los integrantes de la orquesta Sinfónica público desde el inicio hasta el final del concierto.
Los invitados disfrutaron de un repertorio musical que incluyó los temas “Una rapsodia americana”; “Hoe Down”; “Los siete magníficos”; “Bajando por la montaña”; “Fiddle-Faddle”; “Banditen-Galapopp-Polka”; “Allegro final, Orfeo en los infiernos” (Obertura) y “ Guillermo Tell (Obertura).
