A Sustainable Development Watchdog Initiative in the Dominican Republic
The Dominican Council on Fishing and Aquaculture (CODOPESCA) warned that the waters of the Haina River – situated in Santo Domingo’s southwest region – are highly polluted due to contamination originating from various sources.
