Las Máscaras, under the direction of Germana Quintana and Lidia Ariza. It offers productions on weekends, On several Thursdays throughout the year it presents “monologue Thursdays” when actors from different schools of acting and styles perform for a month.

Teatro Guloya Casa de Teatro
It is a nonprofit institution that has served as the first step to singers, musicians, dancers, poets, storytellers, actors, painters, designers, photographers to start their careers.

The house also has been the scene to produce great shows and fundraising for projects imaginable. Each year in the gallery are made more than 30 exhibitions of paintings and photography, there are performances of music, ballet, theater, lectures and many other cultural expressions are made cultural exchanges with other countries, take their works and exhibitions to cities interior, are organized presentations to companies.

The house is open every day of the year and its coffee bar and meet the artists during the week is jazz or new song, or night of boleros.

Teatro Guloya Teatro la Fiesta del Hotel Jaragua
Fiesta Hall has capacity to accommodate around 1,050 people for receptions and theater.

The theater belongs to the Hotel Renaissance Jaragua Hotel & Casino which offers the traditional service to its guests contemporary. This 300-room hotel is characterized by elegant Caribbean style. Located on the Caribbean Coast of Santo Domingo with a spectacular ocean view.

TEATRO NACIONAL NATIONAL THEATER

An official entity created in August 1973, it is the main center for shows and theatrical productions in the Dominican Republic. It houses three theaters: Eduardo Brito, the main theater, with capacity for 1,800 people; the Ravelo theater, which accommodates up to 200 people and the Culture room, with 225 seats.

Throughout almost the whole year the Ravelo presents plays by the best playwrights in the country. The Eduardo Brito is the stage for larger-scale plays, although less often, because it houses shows from popular stars, symphonic concerts and ballet productions. 

The culture room offers musical appreciation and theater courses, at different times throughout the year, amongst other artistic activities.

GRAN TEATRO CIBAOGRAN TEATRO CIBAO

It is the most important of all spaces for shows and theatrical productions in the city of Santiago and the Cibao region. This space is the location for many productions, both classical and popular in style

On the premises they offer theater courses and musical appreciation classes, talks on popular music and current affair debates.

GRAN TEATRO CIBAOCompañía Nacional de Teatro

It is the official body appointed by the National Office of Fine Arts. It organizes popular productions for the general public. Its work includes the staging of plays, as well as lectures on poetry and theatre plays.

GRAN TEATRO CIBAOCasa de Teatro

One of the most active cultural centers in the country, since Freddy Ginebra founded it in 1974.  Throughout the year, this 250-seater space offers theatrical productions and musical productions. In the same building there are gallery rooms, which houses painting and photographic displays and other artistic exhibitions. There is also a theatre café that offers concerts every night.

La Cuarta Espacio Teatral

It is the space for alternative independent theatre, founded in 1999 by a group of young Dominican theater actors. It stages plays throughout the year.
