Newly Remodeled Sports Center in Santiago To Be Inaugurated

The newly remodeled Oscar Gobaira Sports Center of Santiago will be inaugurated this coming Friday February 29 in a ceremony to be attended by the country’s main sports authorities and athletes.

This information was released by President Leonel Fernández in an interview he gave as he formally flagged the start of the 29th Annual Independence Cycle Race.

The cost of remodeling the building was 500 million pesos.
