Renowned Dominican Chef Jay Rodríguez, called on the Dominican Diaspora residing in the United States, to participate and to be part of the activities organized in honor of the Dominican heritage month.
The famous chef is considered a great activist in favor of the Quisqueya la Bella (Quisqueya the Beautiful) community in the city of New York. His patriotic fervor is always felt on the patriotic Dominican date, through his support of all the activities recognizing the cultural, educational, sporting, and community values.


Chef Rodríguez has been recognized by other communities such as the Colombian and Ecuadorian communities, among others, for his great community work.


“We hope that all of us will join the activities in celebration of the Dominican heritage month that are being organized by the Dominican consulate and other community organizations. Let’s come together like the brothers we are, with enthusiasm and a spirit of patriotism, to celebrate on February 27th, to commemorate the 170th anniversary of our National Independence”, Chef Jay Rodríguez said.


Chef Rodríguez took advantage of the patriotic month, which coincides with the month of love and friendship, to announce his latest recipe “Exotic Duck” Pechuga de Pato Relleno de Jumbo Crab Meat Blanca (Duck Breast Stuffed with Jumbo White Meat Crab). This recipe has been recognized internationally by various media as the finest of his catalog.


“We are constantly reinventing ourselves, this is the reason why we are presenting the community with our latest recipe for the season of love and friendship. The recipe is easy to make and it fits all food standards to ensure health management”.


Renowned international Chef Jay Rodríguez, currently heads the Ankla Cuisine company, specializing in Latino and Asian dishes, and he is also the creator of his own line of recipes to suit the most discerning palates.


The Chef offers his business and home services for special occasions for the benefit of his large clientele. He is also available to the community to offer his “De su Cocina a su Mesa” (From his Kitchen to your Table) services.
