This is to inform about the scholarship announcement for the “CursoTécnicoparaAnalista de Contact Center (Technical Course for Contact Center Analyst)”. Applications will be accepted through April 25, 2013.

The course has a duration of one year. It includes classes of English, Spanish, and Leadership Psychology. The course also addresses the students’ self-esteem by providing lectures on personal hygiene, entrepreneurship, nutrition, preparation for a job interview, work etiquette, and office and customer service techniques.

The ultimate goal is to become employed by Synergies Strategic Services.

Requirements: 18 to 21 years of age, have completed high school in the public school system, and be available from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, for one year.

Please bring to the Domínico-Americano: a letter of good conduct from the Attorney General’s office, a copy of the identity card, high school grade records, high school diploma and a letter of recommendation.
