The Lyle O. Reitzel Gallery has been selected for the fourth consecutive time, to participate in the prestigious art fair “Scope NY 2012” focusing on emerging art. The fair is scheduledto be held March 7 – 11, 2012. The Gallery has a new strategic location in front of the famous “Armory Show,” where for more than 60 yearssome of the world’s most recognizedmodern, contemporary and post-modern artistshave exhibited their work..

This year’s edition in New York (March 7 – March 11, 2012) will include 50 international galleries who have maintainedSCOPE’s unique tradition ofpresenting thematicgroup and solo shows along with museum-quality programming, tours for collectors, screenings, and other special events.

Lyle O. Reitzel has curated a group exhibition that includes previously unreleased works by Dominican artists Jose Garcia Cordero, Gerard Ellis and Jorge Pineda, as well as Cuban-born Victor Payares who currently livesin Brooklyn.

The exhibit, which has established its name by curating cutting edge contemporary art from around the world, proudly returns to New York for itstwelfth year to consolidate its future with a new 60,000 square meterpavilionlocated on the West Side Highway, just minutes from the Armory Art Show.
