The Pavilion of Dominican Writers and the XIV International Book Fair 2011 presented the poetry reading “Nature and peace.”

Taty Hernández, a poet, was in charge of the event, which is part of the fifth International Festival of the Word in the World.

Alexei Tellerias, Jael Uribe, Valentín Amaro, Luís Carvajal, Graciela De la Cruz and Michell Rodríguez, from Puerto Rico, read their poems at the celebration.

The poems about peace and nature included some of the following: Metáfora en Ruina, Aniversario de la gravedad, Mala Semilla, Fría estación, Yo simple Humano, among others.

The Pavilion of Dominican Writers is a space dedicated exclusively to the promotion of Dominican literature where they put on recitals, narrative lectures, panels and book presentations.
