Varig will increase its flights to Punta Cana

Brazilian airline Varig, Gol’s flagship line for longer international flights, will operate two new flights to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic starting on July 2nd. The group already operates three flights a week to this Caribbean destination.


Flights operated by Varig leave from Ezeiza and return to Aeroparque, and operate with modern Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft that are configured from Brazil with two classes, Economic (Tourist) and Comfort, reports the arecoa portal.


These new flights open a new schedule for customers by giving them the option to get to and from Punta Cana on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Flights operated by Varig leave from Ezeiza and return to Aeroparque, and operate with modern Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft that are configured from Brazil with two classes, Economic (Tourist) and Comfort, reports the arecoa portal.

In addition to meeting the demand between Argentina and the Dominican Republic, the company also covers the Caracas, Venezuela route.
