National Institute for Teacher Training (INAFOCAM) Opens Contest to Write Organization’s Anthem

Santo Domingo, July 11, 2018 – The National Institute for Teaching Training has announced to both teachers and students of the Dominican public school system and local universities the contest “Write the Letters to the INAFOCAM Anthem,” and encourages all to participate in this initiative.

The INAFOCAM staff can also participate in the contest, whose goal is to provide the institution with an official anthem that will reflect its objectives, characteristics and hopes, always looking to strengthen the Institute’s commitment to improve teacher training.

The deadline for submissions will be Wednesday, August 15, 2018, before 4:00 p.m.

The winner will receive a cash award of approximately US$1,300.

INAFOCAM’s executive director, Andrés de las Mercedes, announced the contest and guidelines during a special event held at the Institute’s virtual classroom.

The contest is one of the activities prepared by the Institute to celebrate its 18th anniversary.
