The trees were planted in a land area of approximately 20 hectares, at the rate of 70 trees per hectare, and at a distance of three meters.<br \/>\n<P>This activity takes place at a time when the country has been hit by one of the worst droughts of recent years. The planting of trees seeks to reverse this situation in the future.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>The Comptroller General of the Republic reaffirmed its interest in and commitment with the environment, aware that, without the collaboration of all, future generations will not have a country with clean air to breathe and who would live without any environmental problems. Instructions for the proper planting process were provided before the event.
