Retro Jazz \u2013 Fall Concert<\/STRONG> T<\/SPAN>he group promises to deliver a concert full of synergy between the musicians and the public<\/P> During its concerts, the group has attained a soaring level of synergy with the public, in part thanks to the repertoire of songs that through the years has won the hearts of the Dominican public, and that now Retro Jazz is presenting in its innovative jazzy style.<\/P> After the successful concerts from their \u201cJazzeando el Cancionero Dominicano Vol. 2\u201d album tour, which drew together more than 8,000 people in May of this year, and the successful sales of this album as well as of its predecessor, Pengbian Sang and Retro Jazz have received multiple requestsfor concert performances so that the public can enjoy the type of magic that only good music can deliver.<\/P> During its concerts, the group has attained a soaring level of synergy with the public, in part thanks to the repertoire of songs that through the years has won the hearts of the Dominican public, and that now Retro Jazz is presenting in its innovative jazzy style. About Pengbian Sang & Retro Jazz<\/STRONG> Retro Jazz has gained the recognition of both music critics and the general public, who acknowledge that this project praises the Dominican music and contributes to elevate the cultural level of our country by reducing the distance between the vast audience of popular music and the select jazz-loving audience. <\/P> Accompanied by musicians of renowned career and the inimitable voice of Nairoby Duarte, Pengbian manages to transform the most iconic Dominican songs into jazzy pieces that will delight all public that appreciates good music. The well-known Dominican musician Pengbian Sang, with help of his music group and his experience as a producer, composer and jazzman, has given a new flare to some of the most popular Dominican songs by combining them with elements of jazz, blues, bossa, funk, and other styles of jazz. In Sang\u2019s own words, Retro Jazz has become the most important project of his career: \u201cThis project has by farsurpassed my expectations. The positive reception that we have found has been incredible. A great number of people have embraced the project and they are thankful because, in a way, we have revitalized the songs that they grew up with, fell in love with, became embittered with\u2026 Our intention is to make us Dominicans feel proud of our songs, our melodies and our lyrics. I think that the public has identified with this.\u201d<\/P>
