Culture opens III Carnival Artisans Fair 2014 this Friday<\/SPAN><\/STRONG> T<\/SPAN>he fair will be held on February 21, 22 and 23, 2014. The fair will be open to the public from 9 am to 10 pm, and will run until Sunday, February 23rd.
