Maritza Hern\u00e1ndez honored for her distinguished professional career<\/SPAN><\/STRONG> W<\/SPAN>ith the purpose of honoring her distinguished professional career in the area of law, the Minister of Labor Maritza Hern\u00e1ndez received two separate awards from the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and the Corriente Gremial Dignidad Jur\u00eddica.<\/P> Maritza Hern\u00e1ndez received a plaque and a certificate from the hands of the Presidents of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and the Corriente Gremial Dignidad Jur\u00eddica, Diego Jos\u00e9 Aquino and Daniel Rond\u00f3n Monegro, respectively.<\/P> The Minister said that she was fully aware of all the work that remains to be done, but also of her great responsibility to the unions and the whole country. She renewed her commitment to continue working on behalf of the best interests of all citizens.<\/P> Hern\u00e1ndez acknowledged the support she received from her entire family for the development of her professional life, and emphasized the space provided by the Party for Dominican Liberation for her political career. <\/P> For his part, Diego Jos\u00e9 Aquino praised the tenacious work of Hern\u00e1ndez, which led her to be part of a distinguished group of 35 lawyers who were considered for this distinction, on the 31st anniversary of the creation of the union that took place on Monday.<\/P> Meanwhile, Daniel Rond\u00f3n Monegro, current President of Corriente Dignidad Jur\u00eddica, highlighted the professional performance of the Minister of Labor, Maritza Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/P> The following persons attended this activity: the Dean of the School of Legal Sciences of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), Antonio Medina Calca\u00f1o; the President of the School of Law of the UASD, Bautista L\u00f3pez; the President of the Confederaci\u00f3n Patronal Dominicana (COPARDOM) (Confederation of Dominican Employers), Jaime Gonz\u00e1lez; as well as Ligia Bonetti, President of the Industry Association.<\/P> The event was held at the Manuel del Cabral Hall of the UASD Pedro Mir Library.
