The event, which has become one of the most important in the Northern region, will be held from September 27th to 29th with the support of TURISOPP, MITUR, the Sos\u00faa New Town Hall, Agua Geric\u00f3, and Ashoresoca. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>The press conference with all the details about this great cultural celebration was held at the Las Flores Park of Sos\u00faa and was led by the Unit for Sos\u00faa Cultural Heritage, the organizer of the event. In addition to the UMPC Sos\u00faa, the conference was attended by representatives of the restaurants participating in the event. <\/P><br \/>\n<P class=quote style=\"BORDER-TOP: #cccccc 1px solid; BORDER-RIGHT: #cccccc 1px solid; WIDTH: 30%; BORDER-BOTTOM: #cccccc 1px solid; FLOAT: right; PADDING-BOTTOM: 8px; PADDING-TOP: 8px; PADDING-LEFT: 8px; MARGIN: 20px; BORDER-LEFT: #cccccc 1px solid; PADDING-RIGHT: 8px; BACKGROUND-COLOR: whitesmoke\">The festival will feature renowned chefs Esperanza Lithgow, in charge of the Department of Gastronomy at the Ministry of Tourism, and Chef V\u00edctor. Both will prepare surprise dishes during the event. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>The Mayor, Ilana Neumann, expressed confidence that this third edition of the Multicultural Food Festival will be of great quality and, again, will meet the expectations of the community of Sos\u00faa. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Jessica Mart\u00ednez, Coordinator of this year&#8217;s Festival, encouraged people to \u201ccontinue to support the largest cultural event of Sos\u00faa, to show not only to the municipal government but to the country, that our people have characteristics of great importance and cultural significance, which promote Sos\u00faa as a destination that is full of culture and taste.\u201d <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Adolfo Faringthon, Cultural Coordinator of the UMPC and of the Multicultural Food Festival, presented the cultural activities of the event. <BR>Over 15 restaurants will gather at the Las Flores Park, to offer the public a taste of dishes full of world flavors.
