III Neptuno National Kite Boarding Cup to be Held in Puerto Plata The categories of the competition are: Pro, Amateur, Women\u2019s, Race, High Jump and Mega Loop, of which the first three will be classified as Free Style.<\/P> Event organizers, Fernando Subero and Johan Bierd, announced that this year\u2019s Cup will welcome more than 70 kiteboarders, including a large group of the most recognized professionals from the Dominican Republic.
