The fellowships <\/EM>program will take place in a host organization focusing on one or more of the following topics:<\/P>

  • Government transparency and the legislative process
    \n
  • Impactand citizen participation <\/LI><\/UL>

    Candidates must be employed and be proficient in English.<\/P>
