“Some of the real estate tourists are Dominicans who have learned to enjoy their country and invest in a second or third home, thereby creating capital investment,” said ADETI\u2019s president, as reported in the newspaper Hoy.
“As long as it continues snowing in the North and people longed to live in warm and advantageous countries such as the Dominican Republic, where investments in real estate have not fallen down as in other countries, we will continue to grow”, said Bancalari .
