Four New Ambassadors Present their Credentials in the National Palace<\/STRONG> I<\/SPAN>n a solemn ceremony held at the National Palace, four new ambassadors presented their credentials as representatives from the respective countries to the Dominican Republic.<\/P> Ra\u00fal Humberto Yzaguirre, of the United States; Jos\u00e9 Rafael Torres Castro, from Costa Rica; Moshe Semoneta, from Israel and Thomas Schuller Gotzburg from Austria presented their credentials to President Leonel Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/P> Ra\u00fal Humberto Yzaguirre, of the United States; Jos\u00e9 Rafael Torres Castro, from Costa Rica; Moshe Semoneta, from Israel and Thomas Schuller Gotzburg from Austria presented their credentials to President Leonel Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/P> The ceremony was held in the Ambassadors Hall of the National Palace. Also present was Foreign Minister Carlos Morales Troncoso, according to the Presidential Office of Information, Press and Publicity.<\/P> The first diplomat to be received by President Fern\u00e1ndez was Israeli Ambassador, Moshe Semoneta, who has held various diplomatic posts for his country. The third diplomat to present his official documents was US Ambassador Ra\u00fal Humberto Yzaguirre whose former job was Presidential Professor and Executive Director of the Center for Community Development and Civil Rights at Arizona State University in Phoenix, Arizona.<\/P> Thomas Schuller Gotzburg, from Austria, was the last to present his credential to the President.
