She served as an attach\u00e9 of the Honduran Embassy in the Dominican Republic. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Arturo Olivieri holds a Ph.D. in law with specialized studies in Diplomacy in his native Italy. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>Eduardo Alfredo Murga Rivas is a sociologist, having graduated from the Central University of Venezuela, with a specialization in Administration.
