President Fern\u00e1ndez Congratulates Mario Vargas Llosa for Nobel Prize D<\/SPAN>ominican President Leonel Fern\u00e1ndez congratulated Peruvian writer Mario Vargas Llosa for having been awarded this year\u2019s Nobel Prize in Literature.<\/P> \u201cIt is a great privilege that a Latin American writer of the category of Mario Vargas Llosa was chosen for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
