As business advisor to large companies and the US government, Archer has played an important role on an international level in motivating people to embrace peace and personal growth while realizing their potential and leadership. Archer is the founder and president of the Dunamis Institute for Advanced Leadership Development. Archer was honored with the prestigious Dr. Martin Luther King Leadership Award for his work developing emerging leaders around the world. He has been nicknamed the \u201cMaestro of Motivation\u201d by many people. Others present at Mr. Archer\u2019s visit included Robert Toca, Dunamis representative in the Dominican Republic; Odile Camilo, Academic Vice Rector of UNIBE and Loraine Amell, Director of International Affairs.
