Entrance is free of charge. <\/P> The Expo-Projection has become the most important photojournalism exhibition on a national level… <\/P> For the third consecutive year, the photojournalist group organized the Expo-Projection in keeping with the celebration of \u201cPhotographers Month.\u201d This year, in showing its evolution, the organization is sharing its stories as told by the protagonists and subjects of the reports themselves. The Expo-Projection has become the most important photojournalism exhibition on a national level and enjoys the special support, as patrons, of the Le\u00f3n Jimenes Group and the Cultural Center of Spain.
Participation
<\/B>
Participating photographers include international winners of, among others, the World Press Photo award – the most important photojournalism prize in the world. The recipient of this award is Argentine photographer Walter Astrada who is participating is this exhibition for the third year in a row. In addition, Expo-Projection, each year, has been the exclusive exhibition venue of Astrada\u2019s photos. The rest of the participants are Dominican or foreigners living in the Dominican Republic.
In addition to the numerous photos taken in the DR, visitors will be pleased to view photos from Madagascar, Guatemala, Venezuela and Haiti.
