{"id":1937,"date":"2008-01-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-01-07T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dominicana-online.org\/?p=1937"},"modified":"2008-01-07T21:16:38","modified_gmt":"2008-01-07T17:16:38","slug":"noti595","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dominicanaonline.org\/en\/noti595\/","title":{"rendered":"Dominican Public Function Law Approved"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><BR><br \/>\n<TABLE class=texto width=\"90%\" border=0><br \/>\n<TBODY><br \/>\n<TR><br \/>\n<TD vAlign=top width=70><IMG class=thinborderfloat1 border=0 alt=ONAP src=\"\/Portal\/noticias\/onap_65.jpg\" width=65><\/TD><br \/>\n<TD vAlign=top width=7><BR><\/TD><br \/>\n<TD class=texto vAlign=top><br \/>\n<DIV><STRONG>Dominican Public Function Law Approved <\/STRONG><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV>The Law of Public Function, that replaces the old Law of Civil Service and Administration, was approved last week by the Senate of the Dominican Republic . <\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV>Introduced by the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Julio C\u00e9sar Valent\u00edn, the project was approved unanimously by the senators who welcomed a favorable report presented by the Justice and Human Rights Commission, headed by Francisco Dom\u00ednguez Brito of the ruling PLD party.<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV>The new law regulates work relations of those employed by the State, Municipal and Autonomous authorities guaranteeing them professional and dignified working conditions.
