Film, Video and Television Festival Underway in Moca<\/SPAN><\/STRONG><\/P> A Film, Video and Televisi\u00f3n Festival is currently underway in the city of Moca and will run until this Sunday December 16. The festival, now in its third year, is going on in the <\/SPAN>Mar\u00eda Cont\u00edn Technology and Cultural Center. <\/P> hroughout these days, Dominican critics and producers have been giving seminars and workshops at the festival. Amid forums being offered, Dominican, Latin American, African and Asian films are being shown then followed by speeches given by local film critics. Starting on Thursday, documentary and short films began at 4:00 in the afternoon. Together with the films, film theory and practical workshops are being offered.
