\u201cMy Voice for Christ\u201d<\/STRONG><\/P> Thirteen of the best new Christian singers will participate in the festival \u201cMi voz para Cristo\u201d (My Voice for Christ). This event promotes the Christian music genre which has vastly grown throughout the last years in the Dominican Republic and around the world.<\/P> The event, which will take place on Sunday August 19th at 7:00 pm at the \u201cCasa San Pablo\u201d auditorium, is sponsored by the Christian program \u201cVoces\u201d (voices) which is hosted and produced by Angela Medina every Sunday at 8:00 pm in Televida (Channel 41). <\/P> The jury that selected the finalists was composed by Christian musicians and singers, Elias music ministry and Voices\u2019 technical team. This is not a simple voice festival. We want to express how beautiful and effective it is to use singing to evangelize, especially in a world where every possible resource should be used to pass on God\u2019s love message and the need to share that love with others\u201d, Medina stated.<\/P> The contestants\u2019 voices, stage control, harmony, creativity, and content of the message passed through each song, have been taken into account in the selection of the participants.<\/P> The new thirteen talents have participated in different community activities for human and religious promotion and development throughout the past four weeks. <\/P> They have spent time with senior citizens at nursing homes and street children who now have a home.<\/P> They have also received singing lessons with the renowned artist Angelito Villalona at the Villalona Musical Center. They have shared recreational activities and practiced sports at the Boddy Hearlth gym and the Plaza Bolera Sebelen. They have also shared praying moments with the community. <\/P> Geovanny Gonzalez, 95 Norte, Jes\u00fas Resucitado, Roberto Carlos Jorge, Ronald Romero and Marvin Marcano will participate as guests in the Shalom group event. These young singers will be in charge of a surprise prepared by the event\u2019s producing team.<\/P> The thirteen finalists of \u201cMi Voz\u201d Festival are: Luisa Mar\u00eda N\u00fa\u00f1ez, H\u00e9ctor Luis Ramos, Katiuska Est\u00e9vez, Anabel Pereyra, Zoraida Soto y Joemely Beltr\u00e9, H\u00e9ctor Ortiz Cueva, Marie Pier Acevedo, Winny Marte, Omar Dif\u00f3 y Til\u00edn Reyes, Addry Flores, Johanna Tejada and Catherine Reyes.<\/P> Concert tickets can be purchased at the Juan Pablo II Christian bookstores, La Puerta del Cielo, Vida FM and ABC Radio stations and at the website Bochecristiano.com.<\/P> <\/P><\/TD><\/TR> \u201cMy Voice for Christ\u201d Thirteen of the best new Christian singers will participate in the festival \u201cMi voz para Cristo\u201d (My Voice for Christ).
