The Spanish Cultural Center, along with the Association of Cultural Attaches of Latin American countries and the General Directorate of Film announced the names of the participating films in the II Ibero-American Film Festival, which will be shown at the Dominican Cinemathequebetween October 18-30.

The film screenings began on Thursday October 18 with the movie, Atusespaldasfrom Ecuador, directed by Tito Jara H. with the actors Jenny Nava, Gabino Torres and Nicolás Hogan.

La Lucha de Ana,aDominican film will be shown on Wednesday October 24 at 7:30. The film was directed by BladimirAbudand the cast includes Cheddy García, Antonio Zamudio and Miguel Ángel Martínez.

All films are totally free of charge at the Dominican Cinematheque.
