President Fernández Inaugurates 20th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Rio Group

President Leonel Fernández called together all people of America during his speech at the opening of the 20th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Rio Group being celebrated in the Dominican Republic.

Twelve Latin American heads of state, among them Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador, are participating in the summit.
