Bonao Wraps Up Carnival Celebrations With Huge Parade
Carnival 2008 in Bonoa is officially coming to an end this Sunday March 9 in the same way it always comes to an end with a huge street party and the participation of dozens of dance troupes and caravans from 40 cities around the country.
People will be enjoying the end of a joyful celebration that, every weekend for the past month, has gathered together thousands of people around Duarte Park.
Toņo Rosario, of merengue fame, will be in charge of the closing ceremony of Carnival Bonao 2008. The event will be transmitted, as it has been all month, by Supercanal 33, Mangu Music Television and Supercanal Caribe for those living outside the country.
